Chelsea has finalized the signing of Aaron Anselmino from Boca Juniors, as announced by Fabrizio Romano.
Anselmino, a 20-year-old center-back, will be on loan with the Argentine team "at least" until January. Todd Boehly's organization continuously assembles a team of players to cultivate future talent.
Chelsea is prepared to pay approximately €18.4 million (£15.5m) for the youngster, who has been expected to devote his future to the Stamford Bridge club for more than a week.
"Aaron Anselmino to Chelsea, here we go!" Romano announced via X. This transaction was finalized for an Argentinian center-back born in 2005.
Details have been resolved with Boca Juniors; Chelsea will provide a contract exceeding $20 million.
"Anselmino will be proceeding to the United Kingdom on Monday."

Previously, Romano disclosed on YouTube that Filip Jorgensen was on the brink of becoming Chelsea's next acquisition. Additionally, negotiations to incorporate the Villarreal goalkeeper into Enzo Maresca's squad were nearing fruition.
He stated, "The Danish goalkeeper of Villarreal, Filip Jorgensen, will be the next signing for Chelsea."
I will finalize the agreement on Friday evening as I record this video. Chelsea is currently finalizing the agreement between the two clubs for a €25 million package.
"The player has already accepted a long-term contract. A few minor details of the team need to be finalized, such as payment terms, and then he will be a Here we go."
"Chelsea will have a new Goalkeeper." Expected departure of Djordje Petrovic. Jorgensen and Robert Sanchez will contest the first goalkeeper position at Chelsea.
This summer, Chelsea made six significant transfer acquisitions for their first team, with Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall from Leicester being the most expensive.
