Man United Eyes Four New Players, Liverpool Seeks Real Madrid Star

Manchester United anticipates the addition of four additional players, including a former star who is expected to be acquired at a reduced price.

Newcastle has made an offer for a Barcelona striker, and a Real Madrid forward is reportedly interested in joining Liverpool following the arrival of Kylian Mbappe.

MAN UTD AND BAYERN DUO ACHIEVE TRANSFER AGREEMENTS

Manchester United are confident in their ability to negotiate a double agreement with Bayern Munich regarding the acquisitions of Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe, the minority shareholder, is determined to bring in numerous recruits to revitalize the Red Devils' fortunes following an underwhelming season. The team is seeking to refresh its squad.

Manchester United is making significant progress in pursuing four additional signings, even though Joshua Zirkzee and Leny Yoro have already arrived for a combined £88.7m.

Ratcliffe is believed to be interested in recruiting an additional central defender, at least one central midfielder, and a new right-back, according to Sport360. Additionally, a left-back is considered desirable.

According to recent reports in Germany, negotiations regarding a double assault on Bayern Munich for De Ligt and Mazraoui are currently underway.

Bayern rejected an initial De Ligt offer valued at £29.5 million (€35 million) from the Red Devils.

The Dutchman anticipated receiving a new offer from the German powers in the coming days, and they responded by requesting €50 million (£42 million) for him.

United may attempt to compensate for the discrepancy by increasing their initial proposal to approximately €40 million (£33.6 million) and incorporating a variety of add-ons.

Simultaneously, the Red Devils have understood the requirements for signing Mazraoui. Bayern are seeking a fee of approximately €20 million (£16.8 million) for the right-back.

However, United believes that the Moroccan player, who previously played for Ajax under Erik ten Hag, is more appropriately valued at €15 million (£12.6 million).

Ten Hag is confident that the acquisition of Mazraoui can help bring out the best in Brazil winger Antony, whom the United manager is resolved to retain and who had a productive relationship with the player at Ajax.
