Leicester Eyes Zaha Return Amid Palace Interest

Leicester City is trying to sign Wilfried Zaha from Galatasaray just a few days after it was announced that he would be returning to Crystal Palace.

Leicester is trying to sign Zaha.
Palace asked if they could sign a winger

According to The Athletic, Leicester are in talks to bring the Ivory Coast star back to the Premier League on loan.

This makes them the favorite to sign Zaha. Even though Crystal Palace and Galatasaray have talked about getting Zaha a third time, Fabrizio Romano says a reunion will not happen now.

Zaha had a lousy season with Galatasaray after signing for the Turkish giants for free. The player from Ivory Coast only played 13 Super Lig games and was only used a little in the second half of the season because he had fallen down the team's priority list.

Since Michael Olise left, returning to Palace was a good idea, but Steve Cooper's team has also joined the race.

If he does sign with Leicester, Zaha will be the fifth player the club has signed this summer, after Bobby De Cordova Reid, Michael Golding, Caleb Okoli, and Abdul Fatawu.

As of now, it is unknown if Zaha will return to the Premier League. However, the fact that he was not on Galatasaray's team for Friday night's season opener against Hatayspor means that his future is not in Istanbul.
