Ademola Lookman Secures 2024 Ballon d’Or Nomination After Europa League Heroics

                                 

Super Eagles and Atalanta forward Ademola Lookman has earned a nomination for the prestigious 2024 Ballon d’Or award.

Lookman’s inclusion on the nomination list follows his remarkable performance in the Europa League final, where he netted a hat-trick to lead Atalanta to victory over Bayer Leverkusen.

Other nominees for the men’s player of the year include Real Madrid star Vinicius Jr., Manchester City’s standout midfielder Rodri, and Barcelona’s rising talent Lamine Yamal. The main event is scheduled to take place on October 28 at the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris.
